Parking information

There is a parking deck on Sears Alley off of Coxe Avenue that is just about a block away from our building.

There is also a large surface lot adjacent to this deck that is open after 5 PM for public parking. The Car Park manages that lot and can provide vouchers for parking (and even valet parking) if you are interested.

There is also street parking all around on Patton Avenue, Haywood Street, Church Street, Commerce Street, and Coxe Avenue.

  • Valet parking is also available through a vendor partner.

  • We have a back load-in entrance for vendors.

Venue Amenities

We are as hands on throughout the planning process as you want us to be, more than willing to meet with vendors ahead of your event, to explain the load-in process and access times.

  • Food can be catered from wherever you would like, and we are happy to help with recommendations based on your preferences and budget.

  • We have a full bar and our own ABC permit, and the bar can be customized to your preferences. We carry a full array of local, domestic, and imported beer, and delicious wines including several varieties of white, red, rose and sparkling. We also carry a large variety of liquor with a range of price points. Our skilled bartenders make delicious craft cocktails and mocktails, and can even create a special recipe just for your event. For non-alcoholic options, we have soda, non-alcoholic beer, and mocktails. We always provide a water station as well.

  • We provide glassware at our bar. Plates and cutlery are rented by you or taken care of by your caterer. We are happy to help facilitate. We also provide black linens for the buffet tables. You do not need to rent linens for the tables in our space.

  • We have a sound board, speakers, and a tablet with Spotify. You can share a custom playlist ahead of your event, or we can simply play a genre that you prefer. If you want to bring in a DJ or band, we have a stage.

FAQ:

  • Yes. We do not have in-house catering. We are happy to provide recommendations based on your budget and preferences. We have several caterers we work with quite often and highly recommend.

  • We have a sound board, speakers, and a tablet with Spotify. If you want to bring in a DJ or band, we have a stage.

  • The bar is super flexible. You can pay per drink, or we have great drink packages as well. You can have a fully hosted tab, individual tabs, or a combination or both. You can have drink tickets for your guests if you would like. We can customize the offerings of the bar based on what you want to serve. We have soda, mocktails, non-alcoholic beer, and beer, wine and cocktails. We always provide a water station with cups. See our bar packages here.

  • You only need to remove your personal items. Our team will take care of trash removal and general cleaning.

  • Yes. We have a fantastic staff of skilled, professional bartenders. We know you will love them! They help make our events run smoothly and keep guests happy.

  • One hour of setup and one hour of breakdown is always included in your venue fee. More time is included for weddings.

  • All alcohol is sold through our bar. If you have a special bottle of wine you want to bring in, it will be served through our bar with a corkage fee.

  • We allow well-behaved children who are closely looked after.

  • We do not allow dogs, even though we do love them!

  • Yes we are fully handicap accessible. There is an elevator in the main lobby of our building that takes you down to the hallway outside of our space. Our restrooms are handicap accessible as well.

  • Definitely! Many love that they don’t have to decorate, but if you want to, by all means do. We just don’t allow glitter or confetti as their remnants are impossible to clean. We don't allow any candles besides the ones we provide.

  • There is street parking around downtown, including on Church St. and Commerce St. which are directly adjacent to us. The closest parking deck to Circa 29 is the Sears Alley parking deck.

    This deck also has a paid surface lot next to it, which is available after 5 PM. These are both right off the corner of Coxe Avenue and Patton Avenue, and only about one block from our building. For unloading before your event, you can pull behind our building on Commerce Street and we will help you with directions on how to enter.
